Chef Patience is our head chef at Wine Dine Africa. She has over 10 years of experience in cooking African cuisine and has won several awards for her culinary skills. She is passionate about using fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques to create authentic African dishes that are both delicious and easy to make
